Cindy M. I would like to applaud the Thorsby bottle depot. Every single time I go in there they greet me with a huge smile and help me unload my bags. I usually watch the sorting and they count outloud to give us the peace of mind knowing that we are getting the correct amount in a refund. The shop is always so clean and they constantly are wiping down the counters and offer a washing station for our hands after we unload. Taking the bottles in is just another chore but they make it enjoyable with their positive attitudes and environment!

Carmen P. I just wanted to give a huge shout out to this bottle depot! I pulled up and - unfortunately I didn’t get the gentleman’s name - but he happened to be outside. He quickly greeted me and was so nice. As soon as he realized I had my one year old daughter with me, he jumped in the back of my truck and packed my bags of bottles in! Talk about customer service! Inside he counted out-loud (which made no difference to me, but as a first time customer it gave a great impression), and was fast, friendly and efficient. As I was leaving I heard him apologizing to the other lady that walked in after me and maybe had to wait 5 minutes at the most! I will definitely be back to this depot!

Shea O. This young couple are always so cheerful when I come to the depot. They recently took the depot over and have made tremendous change! The depot is now clean and newly painted. Ample garbage cans and a place to wash your hands after your done unloading your bottles. I'm most impressed by their attention to detail...I don't pre-count my bottles but they always count outload and I am confident that they have counted my bottles accurately! Going to the bottle depot is a job and these people make it feel like a visit and a pleasurable 20 mins. Job well done!
