Aron A. I really enjoy coming to the roper road bottle depot. I’ve been coming here for years. Friendly staff and usually very quick in and out. And I’m always super impressed by the investments the depot is making. A few years back the added a electronic system to show your bottle count as it was hand counted. Now they added an automated sorting system. Roper road bottle depot is doing a great job
Tim J. Roper Road Depot is extremely well run and efficient service. They have a great drive through drop off. The people are polite and they hire many new Canadians to give them one of their first jobs in Canada. Definitely one of the best depot's in Alberta.

Greg D. I have been going to this location and only this one for years. I've never had an issue and even bought some stuff from them a few years back. The owner is really friendly and nice and will actually have a conversation with you. The drivein option is awesome, the auto cashier was a really smart idea even though it probably costs 1000s, it's not usually stupid busy and they have really decent hours.

Bryan S. This depot has always done an excellent job at providing accurate refunds and over the years they've improved their facility to make it even more transparent. As they count the containers they are entering the information onto a computer that displays everything. I also love their automated cashier machine that pays out the refunds. Their staff is also very fast and friendly and its a pleasure to be able to drive into their building especially in the winter time.

Fern L. They are fast and accurate. I especially like the electronic counting screens so I can watch the attendant input the numbers of my returns as they are tossed into the bins. As well I can see on the screens how much money I am going to get.

Ken W. They have excellent customer service, very friendly management, state of the art bottle recording software- I can count along with the people behind the counter, as there is a screen above every return isle.
