Tia S. My husband and I came in today with almost $300 worth of bottles and cans that have been long accumulating and I won’t lie I was overwhelmed by the task at hand. But from the moment we got there with our overflowing load, there was great customer service! A lady who seemed to be a manager in a pink shirt quickly came to our aid finding us carts and then the line up moved quickly so it was our turn in no time. Once at the counter, I can’t say enough good things about our attendant Roxy. She was totally on her A game - fast, thorough and fair, letting us know if anything didn’t qualify for refund. I HIGHLY recommend this location and I will definitely be back (but hopefully not leave it so long next time!) 😊

Karen W. I applaud the bottle recycle depot because it is an environmentally friendly way to dispose of our bottles, keeps it out of our land fills. It helps keep our City clean. The staff are very friendly. The funds that we receive from our bottle recycles we use for our office social events.

There is alot of great people working at this depot and I think they should all be recognized for what they do and for being able to have patience with some of the customers. Darcy D. I hadn't been in almost a year so I had quite a large order to process. My clerk, Darin as printed on the receipt, began digging in and counting bottles before I had all of the bags in the building. I even had to move my car. When I returned he was already well under way sorting & counting. He was great. I thanked him & se said "no worries"! I really appreciate his efficiency & customer service!

Steffen R. i came with only a couple dozen bottles. I was waiting in line for one of the big sorter stations when an employee, Marjorie, came over and pulled me out over to her empty station for smaller return sizes. I didn't know it was there; that gave me a positive experience and kept the locations efficiciency up.
