They opened a 4th tub for sorting in the midst of it being busy as heck. I'm sure it's happened before but 1st time I've seen it since I moved here in 87!!!!!

The Leduc Bottle Depot has such a friendly atmosphere! Every time I am there, I always get to talk to someone new while waiting in line. As well, the employees always do their counting fast and efficiently! Never have a problem any time I go.

Always a pleasure to deal with, however they have really stepped it up with their reaction to the pandemic. Sanitizing the workspaces and carts. Checking on customers coming into the building and making everything run smooth as a top even though they are swamped busy.

Came in to Leduc depot today and it was crazy busy, and here in Leduc they count your bottles for you, and all 3 of the sorters while delightful and very pleasant to deal with. They really did great on such a busy day :)
they have a lost list of charities, they give lollipops to the kids who have to wait in line, and employees are always so nice :)
They have very quick service, and accurate counting. I was in and out in 15 mins with a bunch of other people in front of me as well.

The Leduc Bottle Depot has an air of “what else can we do to improve the customer experience?” The clarity of customer expectations clearly spelled out on signage (“You DO NOT have to remove your bottle caps,” “We will GLADLY take your bags,” etc.) is very appreciated in an industry where the little rules can become a little confusing from location to location. I enjoyed my experience and will make the effort to bring my future business to this location.

Every time I go with my bottles I find the staff very pleasant and quick. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Even when there are long lines I feel the staff continue to work very quickly yet are still friendly.
This depo is super clean, quick and the staff are friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever been longer then 15 mins and that’s on a busy day, never have to plug your nose, while waiting your turn lol

They were very friendly and were very efficient counting the bottles, the employees work really well together and create a very nice team. On top of it all if you can't wait in line you can drop them off and they call you when it is all done.
There was a line up out the door and they offered to count orders and call us on our cell when done so we did not have to wait! So I went Christmas shopping while they did the work. Thank-you LBD.
The employees at this location are friendly and efficient. They do their jobs with a smile on their faces even though some people bring in messy bags to sort through. I usually rinse and sort my stuff to try to cut down on the time for them but they don't seem to mind sorting. I love going to this location. In and out in a few minutes even with a decent sized load of recyclables!

Kayla is an amazing helper she normally is the one to help us there and today we took a trailer of bags and we were in and out of there in no time she is amazing
I find the staff here always very friendly and quick. They are helpful with bringing in bags for people who have difficulties, either because they are older or have young children with them. They also sort the bottles, which is much appreciated and not done at all depots

Every week, I voluntarily take my kids' school's milk cartons into the Leduc depot to bring the money back into the school (and the school also gets extra money by recycling their milk cartons from their milk program). I always get friendly and fast service week after week!
The last time I went to the Leduc depot I had about 12 bags of bottles, and the usual assortment of milk cartons, etc. that had accumulated since early last fall. I had not been looking forward to going because I thought it would be really time consuming and a real drag. They proved me wrong. The young woman who handled my rather large collection did so with such speed and efficiency - combined with a very pleasant demeanour - that I was in & out of there in a flash, AND feeling that I had been treated with respect and consideration. She turned a job I usually hate into one I will not dread the next time around.

The service could not be better. I had 11 large bags of bottles and they were handled in a quick, efficient manner. Service was friendly, counting was efficient and the up to date displays on the monitors were fun to watch as the refund money went up. Very happy with the professional, no problem experience. I will be back.
they recognize me whenever I come in and are very polite. I normally get very quick service and being in a wheelchair at times I require extra help carrying my bags of bottles in. I am always taken care of and enjoy the friendliness.

The Leduc Bottle Depot has very friendly, accurate, and efficient staff. Their demeanor is always pleasant and helpful. As I have been a long-time customer of theirs, and because they are really decent people to deal with, I try to be as helpful to them as I can. I always sort my products, de-cap bottles, and organize my collection as well as possible. They have commented, many times, regarding how helpful to them my efforts are. It's nice to receive positive feedback.

The Leduc bottle depot was great - clean, well organized. I was especially impressed with the efficiency of the workers - using the kiddie pools to sort the recyclables is such a great idea! I definitely think the workers at the Leduc depot should be recognized for their good work.
The people there are very polite and pleasant to deal with. I appreciate that they sort for me. Previously it was inconvenient for me.
Great staff, always friendly and willing to help. As well, Cody and Dillon are really cute. I have been to other Bottle Depots and Leduc Bottle Depot never tries to scam me like the other Depots.
