The manager Weston seems to always be happy and I often see them going the extra mile for anyone that comes to the depot and especially around the community. They have friendly staff and the image of recycling is become much better in this area of Alberta. WAY TO GO Pincher Creek depot!
Evelyne H. They did an excellent job for the 859 Air Cadets during their bottle drive in December. We were very happy with the service they provided and the awesome staff to work with. They made the process pleasant and we look forward to doing business with them again. We highly recommend anyone in the area to utilize them. With the bottles and cans from the US that cannot be sent in for deposit, the staff send them to the recycling depot next door which is a great feature to this business. We really do appreciate Wes and all of his staff.

The people are very helpful whether it be individuals or bottle drives with sports groups. They are especially kind when Seniors come in and help them a great deal. As a family run business in a small town you are guaranteed to run into someone you know at the bottle depot. The business is very well organized, clean and tidy (I can imagine that keeping a bottle depot clean is not an easy job). Ken and Joanne work cooperatively with the local municipalities and community groups and organizations in the area to provide a first rate service and assist with fundraising opportunities. Dan C. They are great supporters of Pincher Creek. They have a large list of groups to donate your bottles to. They manage the accounts to ensure the group gets the much needed money. They have recycle containers to use for functions to help groups keep the recycle stuff out of the landfill.

Grace M. I think our depot goes well above and beyond sometimes, usually at high school graduation time. When both of my children graduated from high school we had made arrangements with the Agricutural Society that if we clean up the grounds after our Fair and Rodeo we could keep the proceeds from any beverage containers that we could find. On both occasions we managed to fill up a two horse trailer with containers from the beer gardens and the cabaret. We managed to get somewhere in the neighbourhood of $700 to $800 both times this was in 2007 and 2009. We made arrangements with the depot for us to come in prior to the regular operating hours so as to not disrupt and make other people wait and for us not to feel bad because we had so many and were making others wait for us. They even helped us sort everything. It took us I think just over an hour and with everything we were done and even paid. They had made it so simple at the time. Even now when I recycle my home bottles and cans, you just take them, put them in a tub, they sort them and then pay you and you're done. Don't have to get your hands sticky, nothing. It's great. And the owners and staff are all very nice, friendly people.

They are very helpful, work together well, and look like they enjoy their work. They are pleasant and a have good sense of humour. They should be applauded for all their hard work and their endurance with some of the dirty conditions in which their products may present themselves.
James L. Through their willingness to do a dirty job, these people make it possible for people in our community to significantly reduce the volume of waste that gets sent to the landfill. Getting my bottle deposits back is always helpful, but operating a recycling transfer station is the service I value most.

Janice C. We are a bed and breakfast in Mountain View. Each year we store our bottles in an old barn out back until we can get some time to sort them to get them ready to take to the depot. This year we weren't able to find the time to sort them before the snow came so we phoned the Pincher Creek depot and told them we would be there at 8:00 Saturday morning. We arrived with a trailer full of bottles. They were ready for us and not a word was said about them not being sorted before hand. They went right to work and had them all sorted and paid out in and hour and a half. We appreciated their friendliness and won't consider going to another one even though it is closer. Hats off to the Pincher Creek Depot. They are doing a great job and a great service to the community.
