Walter S. Without a doubt the best operation I have dealt with. I travel there because of their efficiency and friendly attitude in dealing with customers. I seldom spend more than half and hour there on my annual trip. They are honest and helpful which our local one is not.

On a Saturday am there is line ups of trucks looking to unload their recyclables, with smiles on their faces they get down to business and work amazingly fast. A customer is on and out of the facility in record time. I personally drive 45 miles to go to the Hines Creek depot. It's worth every mile. Thank you.

Susan and her crew go out of their way to get the job done whether it is a dropping a trailer off for a large bottle drive or arranging to gather up a small pickup load. Norma P. Susan is very organised, friendly and explains when something isn't part of the recycling. She treats her staff well and does not talk poorly to them. The staff are friendly and efficient. When local clubs are doing bottle drives she is accommodating and opens after hours so that regular customers don't have a long wait and so the clubs don't have a long wait to get their bottles counted.

They make young kids feel comfortable. And they ago above and beyond to accommodate bottle drive groups by opening after hours for kid groups.

Leanne S. The Hines Creek Recycling Depot are just all around friendly people to deal with. I have been involved in plenty of after school activities through my kids and bottle drives are usually a fundraiser for every group. The Hines Creek Recycling Depot always go's out of their way to accommodate any fundraiser group and go so far as delivering and picking up a stock trailer for bottle collection when the group does not have access to one which makes everything so much easier.
Norma P. Not only do they provide the above services but they are efficient (when counting the bottles) and courteous (to everyone). They also arrange for after hour counting of bottles for bottle drives (which shows me the dedication to working with the community needs). I know when I load up the bottles in my truck and drive all that way this it is going to open (which with other bottle depots i have had the experience on more than one occasion of going there during operating hrs and they weren't open). They never try to short change you when counting and giving you the money for the bottles. It is for this reason that they should be noticed.

Lindsay W. Our depot is always very busy people come from all around to bring bottles to them even with the wait some days doesn't stop people from coming. They are friendly and very efficient at their jobs. They also help the community not just with jobs but for groups in and around the area. When a group has a bottle drive to collect money for their organization they help by letting people drop off containers for the group and sometimes opening for the group to drop off there bottles making sure when its time the organization receives the funds from the total collection. They are a hard working group who deserve to be applauded.
