Karen C. They are always on time, They keep the area neat and clean, which is not an easy thing to do, They are friendly. They seem to have a pretty good system so they can get through people as fast as possible. They help each other out, to make it better for themselves and the customers. I have no complaints about our depot here. Only good things to say!

Judy B. Over the years I have dropped off bottles etc. from once a week to once every two months. Even though the staff have changed, I have always been greeted with a smile, good morning and help to empty my vehicle if one is not too busy with customers. That kind of service makes my day.
Christine J. The Drumheller depot deserves recognition for many reasons. 1. The staff at this depot have only recently been taking a lunch break. These hard working and very busy employees have finally put up signage advising that they will be closed for lunch for 30 minutes a day. A well deserved break for these hard working folks who have previously been sneaking a few minutes here and there for a break in order to keep up with the volume of customers. I will admit there were rumblings of complaint around town about this half hour closure, folks thinking they shouldn't close for lunch. I disagree and hope the staff enjoy every one of those hard earned 30 minutes! 2. I have never been at this depot and had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly and smiling, no matter how swamped they are with customers. (and they are usually very, very busy....) 3. The staff at this depot are always open on time - cars are usually waiting in line before they open and they start serving customers promptly at opening time. 4. This depot is also very efficient. They have 2 areas for returns and are swift and accurate when serving two customers at a time. I have also witnessed, on many occasions, staff pitching in to help elderly or otherwise struggling customers to get their recycling done. Staff recently helped an elderly gentleman bring his recyclables into the depot and gave him a chair to sit on while he waited his turn, all the while chatting and maintaining friendly conversation with customers. 5. This depot has some great connections with the adult transition society (D.A.R.T.S.) in Drumheller. This society assists in daily living for adults with many types of challenges, both physical and mental. The depot is a valuable part of this society and provides work experience and life skills training for these adults. Again, this depot goes above and beyond. 6. Last Christmas season I visited this depot and was once again blown away by the friendly, efficient service I received. Later that day as I was decorating my home for the holiday season I realized that I hadn't seen one speck of holiday cheer at the depot. The staff there see the remnants of other people's holiday cheer so....feeling somewhat sad for them, I pulled the wreath from my door, popped it into my car and headed back for the depot. I gave my wreath to the lady working the till and said I hoped it would bring some holiday spirit to the depot (and perhaps to some customers as well!) for the next few weeks. She was stunned and stood there for several minutes just looking at me. I suggested a convenient place to hang it and she did just that. Then she called her co-workers from the back to come see what had happened. I took this opportunity to slip out the door, I didn't;t want thanks....I just wanted them to know they are appreciated. And that is why I think the Drumheller depot deserves applause. I visit at least once a month and though staff changes somewhat frequently....they seem to find the best people!

Our Drumheller depot is always open during their working hours and the staff, though staff may change oftener, they are most helpful in carrying in some of you empties when not busy and always with a smile. They are to be commended as this is not the most cleanliest work. I enjoy visiting with them and they with me.

Richard R. I have returned my empty containers to the bottle depot for several years; I have always been greeted with a friendliness that has been appreciated. The employees are very efficient and courteous to me. So I would like to applaud the Drumheller bottle depot.
