Carol Lee A. I went to take my bottles in on a warmer day in September and the hornets and wasps were really bad. I couldn't stand the wasps and hornets coming at me while I was trying to sort my bottles. The person working offered to sort my bottles for me. I was so grateful.

When I drive up the employees greet you with a smile and ask how are you today and are fast and have the count on your returns to the point and will always ask would you need any empty boxes for home so when you take your bottles in everything goes so fast with transactions then just before you leave the staff say have a nice day see again with smiles on there faces.
Ruth J. I have attended other bottle depots, which have been none of the above. Wainwright Container World is unfailing in its courtesy and efficiency, and always thanks me for coming. Both my husband and I marvel at this kind of service, too rarely seen in today's world.

For the most part the place is clean and tidy, except for the natural bee population that comes with the pop sugar, there are garbage cans for trash easy to get to and they are emptied regularly. there are boxes to assist in your sorting. If you have any questions the staff is easy to talk to. They are all very friendly.. They are fair and never cheat you on your returns either. Hours of operation are clearly posted and if they say they are open they are open.
Paige S. They all work really hard to recycle all our pop bottles, milk containers and milk jugs. All the workers are pleasant and helpful.
Leanne L. My 4 year old son has decided that he would like to be in charge of the recycling bottles. He took the bottled in with moms help. As he is only 4 he has not mastered the sorting yet, he handed his bottles over to the lady and she smiled at him and asked if they were sorted and counted, I said no. She took the bottles from him and did the sorting and counting. When he told her that this was his"job" she said that was great!! I love the support from them that my son will get in his new adventure:)

Carrie M. Our little depot in wainwright has the most caring friendly staff imaginable my son got stuck by a bee today and the lady working was so concerned and tried to comfort my son. Everyone there always has a smile on their face when you show up and are always willing to help carry your recyclables for you. Customer service is outstanding and they are doing a great job helping our community.
