Brent P. I had the weekend off so it was cleaning day for my garage this also required getting my bottles/cans together. As I was in a rush I just threw everything together in several bags. When I pulled up I found out that several others decided to do their bottles as well. I noticed the steady fast stream of people going in and coming back out. Each till had a worker smiling and working with the customers. I didn't have to wait long at all. As it was my turn I started to help the young man with my bottles and he replied, no sir that's ok, let me do this for you. That was my final decision, I knew,I finally found the right bottle depot. Very fast service with great customer service as a bonus, which is sometimes very hard to find these days. Even thou it was very busy, not one person was grouchy or upset, HATS OFF TO THE OWNERS AND STAFF AT THIS LOCATION, I will be seeing you again soon :)
Leanne H. I was so excited to see this drive throu bottle depot!! This was a HUGE first for a small town country girl... Both inside and outside was quite busy, my first thought was ohh no, this is going to take forever...my 2nd SHOCKER was even a BIGGER surprise!! It didn't matter how busy it was,the staff was fully loaded to help everybody in a very kind and pleasant manner. I was in and out within a few mins, got my exact refund ☺ as I have been ripped off at other places before. We got a greeting when we arrived and got another greeting when we left. But it wasn't a goodbye it was a see u soon ☺. The families with children were happy as there's a whole line up of stuff animals to view, the elderly were happy with lots of space and short line ups we couldn't have found a better place, and have made this bottle depot #1 in our books 📚 and have been back several times and will remain to be loyal, to this wonderful business. To be honest I wasn't having the best of days, but I sure felt a whole lot better after my great experience here, like they say a smile ☺ can change anything, and the staff are so kind and very helpful. A job well done, keep up the FANTASTIC work!! If you haven't had the chance to visit this location yet...what are you waiting for? I PROMISE, you will NOT be disappointed ☺ ☺ ☺

Jennifer P. I bring in the bottles from my children's elementary school about once a month and they are always so gracious. I've been using the same depot for many years and it's always the same staff. I'd expect high turnover in a bottle depot so they must be treated well there.
Karley Marie W. my previous bottle depot was appauling, rude, and I never felt comfortable. Bringing my bottles there, i've never had a more comfortable, and relaxing experience anywhere else that i've had there, the staff was accomodating, helpful, and didnt mind the fact that I had a slight hastle trying to get everything together and worked out. One specific member in general, Mei, has been the most amazing person i've ever met. She not only helped me inside the depot, but outside the depot she's become a good, trusting, and helpful friend. I will never go to another bottle depot as long as I can help it. By far the best place in Edmonton!!
Ash N. The owners are extremely helpful and honest. At one time I forgot to collect my refund. I remembered when I got home so I called them and the owner was very honest and asked me to come down and pick up my refund at any time.There are very rare people in todays world who are honest!

The service is fast and friendly - whether through drive through or walk-up and you never have to worry about needing to check your numbers or count ahead. Trustworthy, fast, and friendly - what more could you ask for?

Pam W. This depot has great staff and caters to the customers. I've never seen a depot before that offer drive thru service. No matter what the weather you can bring your bottles in and not worry about rain, snow, etc. and you only have a very short distance to carry the bottles - mere feet - from your vehicle. This set up makes it easier for people that can't walk far or carry things. For families with young children, there's no need to unload your kids from your vehicle because you are right beside it.
