Leanne A. I would like to applaud and recognize Collin that works at the Ability Centre bottle depot in Lethbridge Alberta. Even though my husband and I live on the far south of Lethbridge, we take our bottles into this north side bottle depot. It is always so clean and efficient and friendly, but I would love to highlight Collin in particular in this applause.....I knew Collin from 30 years ago when we went to high school...and each time I go into the depot, he may not always see me but I observe him working hard and efficiently with a smile on his face every single time! I am a huge believer in recognizing hard good caring work and I know that Collin is deserving of this spotlight! Keep smiling Collin! Hats off to you! 🤗👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Jay C. For the friendly prompted service. Someone is always there to help me out unloading my bottles even thought I don't require it. Always seem to have a good conversation with an employee or customer when I'm there. The main reason is that I feel as if I do not get ripped off at this depot! So I'm willing to travel a longer distance to get the good far friendly service that I do at this ALWAYS clean and friendly depot!!!
Rick P. The staff at this depot , which services a large number of inner city residents, always have a smile and a word of encouragement for their customers. They also maintain a "help yourself" table where seasonal clothing, such as scarves and gloves, are made available w/o charge from donations made by customers. They provide more than a recycling service and are a true part of the community.

They are always happy and even on a busy Saturday morning they have time for a chat or a talk about the weather! They are all very efficient at what they do and even when busy you never have long to wait.

Paula Z. The Ability Resource Centre Depot is very accommodating. Our Minor Hockey Association did a community bottle drive, the Ability Resource Centre staff parked their truck in a central location for us to load it full of bottles and drove it back and sorted and counted all of our containers. This worked great for our teams. Thank you to the Ability Resource Staff for going above and beyond to make it so successful and easy for us.
Jordon H. Every employee has always been a great help! I work with the Lethbridge College Students' Association and we bring loads of recycling down once every week or two. Every employee I've had the pleasure interacting with has been friendly, encouraging, and hard working. I don't have any reason that the employees at the Ability Rehab Society North Lethbridge Depot does not deserve an applaud.

The cashiers are quick, friendly, and always have a smile! I also like the depot because it helps people with disabilities have jobs!

Craig B. There is one particular man that works there, not sure of his name, that counts out the bottles as he sorts them. This is great because then I know his count is accurate as I can count along with him, silently in my head of course. This depot is also very clean.
